فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَهْلَكْناهُمْ إِنَّ فِي ذلِكَ لآَيَةً وَ ما كانَ أَكْثَرُهُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ

فكذّبوه فأهلكناهم إنّ في ذلك لآية و ما كان أكثرهم مؤمنين

Fakaththaboohu faahlaknahum inna fee thalika laayatan wama kana aktharuhum mu/mineena

پس تکذيبش کردند و ما آنان را هلاک کرديم هر آينه در اين عبرتي است ، و بيشترينشان ايمان نياوردند

بدينسان او را دروغگو انگاشتند، آنگاه آنان را نابود كرديم; بيگمان در اين مايه عبرتى هست، و بيشترينه آنان مؤمن نبودند.

آن گاه او را مورد تكذيب قرار دادند، ما هم آنها را (بكيفر كفرشان) هلاك كرديم. مسلما در آن نشانه‏هائيست (از قدرت پروردگار تو) ولى اكثر مردم ايمان نميآورند.

پس او را تکذیب کردند، و در نتیجه هلاکشان کردیم. بی تردید در این سرگذشت عبرتی بزرگ وجود دارد و [قوم هود] بیشترشان مؤمن نبودند،

و تكذيب كردند هود را پس نابود كرديم ايشان را (بباد صرصر) براستى در اين (نابودى قوم هود) علامتى است و نبودند بيشتر ايشان گرويدگان

پس تكذيبش كردند و هلاكشان كرديم. قطعاً در اين [ماجرا درس‏] عبرتى بود، و[لى‏] بيشترشان ايمان‏آورنده نبودند.

به اين صورت تكذيبش كردند و ما نيز نابودشان كرديم. به راستى كه در اين ماجرا عبرتى است ولى بيشتر آنان مؤمن نبودند

پس او را تكذيب كردند، و [ما] ايشان را هلاك كرديم، بى‏گمان در آن آيتى [و عبرتى‏] بود و بيشترشان مؤمن نبودند.

پس تكذيب كردند او را پس هلاكشان كرديم بدرستيكه در آن هر آينه آيتى است و نباشند اكثرشان مؤمنان

پس او را دروغزن انگاشتند، در نتيجه آنان را هلاك ساختيم. كه در اين نشانه‏اى است و بيشترشان مؤمن نبودند.

آنان هود را تکذیب کردند، ما هم نابودشان کردیم؛ و در این، آیت و نشانه‌ای است (برای آگاهان)؛ ولی بیشتر آنان مؤمن نبودند!

پس او را دروغگو انگاشتند، و آنها را نابود كرديم. همانا در اين نشانه و عبرتى است و بيشترشان مؤمن نبودند.

پس تكذيب كردند او را پس هلاكشان كرديم بدرستى كه در آن هر آينه آيتى است و نباشد اكثرشان مؤمنان

پس تكذيبش كردند پس نابودشان ساختيم همانا در اين است آيتى و نيستند بيشترشان مؤمنان

الغرض، رسول حق را تکذیب کردند و ما هم آنان را هلاک گردانیدیم، همانا در این (هلاک قوم عاد) آیت عبرتی است، و بیشتر آنها ایمان نیاوردند.

آنها اين چنين تكذيب كردند و درنتيجه، ما آنها را هلاك كرديم. اين بايد درس عبرتي باشد، اما اكثر مردم مؤمن نيستند.

So they denied him , so We made them die/destroyed them, that truly in that (is) an evidence/sign (E), and most of them were not believing.

So they belied him, and We destroyed them. Verily! In this is indeed a sign, yet most of them are not believers.

So they cried him lies; then We destroyed them. Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers.

And so they gave him the lie: and thereupon We destroyed them. In this [story], behold, there is a message [unto men], even though most of them will not believe [in it]. [The message referred to here is contained in verses 128 – 130, which point out the three cardinal sins resulting from man’s inordinate striving for power: worship of anything apart from God, self-admiring search for «glory», and cruelty or harshness towards one’s fellow-men.]

En zij beschuldigden hem van bedrog, en daarom verdelgden wij hen. Waarlijk, hierin was een teeken; maar het grootste deel hunner geloofde niet.

So they denied him, and We destroyed them. In that is a sign, but most are not believers.

So they belied him, and We destroyed them. Verily! In this is indeed a sign, yet most of them are not believers.

Они сочли его лжецом, а Мы погубили их. Воистину, в этом – знамение, но большинство их не стали верующими.

Они отвергли его, а Мы погубили их. Воистину, в этом – знамение, но большая часть их не веровала.

So they gave him the lie, then We destroyed them. Most surely there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe.

And they denied him; therefor We destroyed them. Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers.

but we destroyed them. Verily, in that is a sign, but most of them will never be believers.

Onu bu şekilde yalanladılar, biz de onları helâk ettik. Bunda elbette bir ibret var. Ama onların çoğu müminlerden değildi.

So they belied him, so We destroyed them. Surely, in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe.

So, they rejected him and We destroyed them. Therein, behold, is a sign, even though most people are not believers (in the Law of Requital).

They thus disbelieved and, consequently, we annihilated them. This should be a lesson, but most people are not believers.

And they charged him with imposture; and we destroyed them. In this was a sign: but most of them believed not.

And they accused him of imposture: Wherefore We destroyed them. Verily herein was a sign: But the greater part of them believed not.

So they rejected him, and WE destroyed them. In that, indeed, there is a Sign, but most of these would not believe.

So verwarfen sie ihn, und Wir vernichteten sie. Hierin ist wahrlich ein Zeichen, jedoch die meisten von ihnen glauben nicht.

Они сочли его лжецом – и Мы их погубили. ■ В этом, поистине, знамение (Господне), ■ Но большинство из них в неверии (живут и умирают).

Бәс алар Һуд пәйгамбәрне ялганга тоттылар, Без аларны дөньяда ук ґәзаб кыйлып һәлак иттек, боларның һәлак булуында да гыйбрәт бардыр, аларның күбрәге ышанучы булмадылар.

تو انہوں نے ہود کو جھٹلایا تو ہم نے ان کو ہلاک کر ڈالا۔ بےشک اس میں نشانی ہے۔ اور ان میں اکثر ایمان لانے والے نہیں تھے

سو انہوں نے اس کو (یعنی ھود علیہ السلام کو) جھٹلا دیا پس ہم نے انہیں ہلاک کر ڈالا، بیشک اس (قصہ) میں (قدرتِ الٰہیہ کی) بڑی نشانی ہے، اور ان میں سے اکثر لوگ مومن نہ تھے،
