وَ إِنَّهُ لَفِي زُبُرِ الأَْوَّلِينَ

و إنّه لفي زبر الأوّلين

Wa-innahu lafee zuburi al-awwaleena

و آن در نوشته هاي پيشينيان نيز هست

و [خبر] آن در صحف [آسمانى] پيشينيان هست.

(بشارت) نزول قرآن در كتاب پيامبران پيشين هم آمده است.

و بی تردید [خبر] این [قرآن] در کتاب های پیشینیان است.

در كتابهاى پيشينيان بوده

و [وصف‏] آن در كتابهاى پيشينيان آمده است.

به راستى وصف آن در كتب پيشينيان نيز آمده است،

و بى‏گمان آن [نام پيامبر اسلام و ياد او] در نوشته‏هاى پيشينيان است.

و بدرستيكه آن هر آينه باشد در كتب پيشينيان

و [خبر] او در صحيفه‏هاى پيشينيان [مرقوم‏] است

و توصیف آن در کتابهای پیشینیان نیز آمده است!

و همانا [ياد و مژده و گواهى‏] آن در نوشته‏هاى پيشينيان هست.

و بدرستى كه آن هر آينه باشد در كتب پيشينيان

و همانا آن است در كتب پيشينيان

و (ذکر عظمت) این قرآن در کتب انبیاء پیشین مسطور است.

اين در کتب نسل هاي گذشته پيش بيني شده است.

And that it truly is in (E) the first’s/beginner’s Books.

And verily, it (the Quran, and its revelation to Prophet Muhammad SAW) is (announced) in the Scriptures (i.e. the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)) of former people.

Truly it is in the Scriptures of the ancients.

And, verily, [the essence of] this [revelation] is indeed found in the ancient books of divine wisdom [as well]. [Lit., «in the scriptures (zubur, sing. zabur) of the ancients» (see 21:105). This interpretation of the above verse – advanced among others by Zamakhshari and Baydawi (and, according to the former, attributed to Imam Abu Hanifah as well) – is in full consonance with the oft-repeated Quranic doctrine that the basic teachings revealed to Muhammad are in their purport (manni) identical with those preached by the earlier prophets. Another, more popular interpretation is, «… this [Quran] has been mentioned [or «foretold»] in the earlier scriptures» (see in this connection note on 2:42 and – with particular reference to a prediction made by Jesus – note on 61:6.)]

Waarvan de getuigenis door de schriften van vroegere tijden wordt geleverd.

And it is in the Psalms of old.

E già era nelle scritture degli antichi.

And verily, it (the Quran, and its revelation to Prophet Muhammad SAW) is (announced) in the Scriptures (i.e. the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)) of former people.

и упоминается в Писаниях древних народов.

Воистину, он (т. е. Коран) содержится в писаниях древних народов.

And most surely the same is in the scriptures of the ancients.

And lo! it is in the Scriptures of the men of old.

and, verily, it is (foretold) in the scriptures of yore!

O, elbette ki öncekilerin kitaplarında da var.

Truly, it is in the Books of the ancients.

And verily, it (the Qur’an) has been announced in the previous Scriptures.

It has been prophesied in the books of previous generations.

And truly it is foretold in the Scriptures of them of yore.

And it is born witness to in the scriptures of former ages.

And it is surely mentioned in the scriptures of the former peoples.

Und ganz gewiß ist er in den Schriften der Früheren (erwähnt).

И несомненно, (есть свидетельство) о нем ■ В Писаниях, (что приходили) прежде.

Коръәндәге хәбәрләр, әлбәттә, әүвәлге китапларда да бар.

اور اس کی خبر پہلے پیغمبروں کی کتابوں میں (لکھی ہوئی) ہے

اور بیشک یہ پہلی امتوں کے صحیفوں میں (بھی مذکور) ہے،
